Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a night shift Warehouse Associate to support operations from Sunday through Thursday, 11pm–7am. You will assign tasks, handle inventory paperwork, and coach teammates to meet service, safety, and quality standards.

You’ll also manage shipping/receiving, data entry, and driver logs while collaborating with Traffic and Customer Service teams. Ideal candidates bring administrative experience, AS/400/WMS familiarity, and 3+ years in warehousing, with the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Administrative experience is required.
• 3+ years in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold storage temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates in a designated area.
• Handle inbound and outbound paperwork and coordinate shipping/receiving.
• Coach and train team members and provide feedback.
• Enter customer and inventory data accurately and support appointment scheduling.
• Maintain logs and audits of driver records and transportation reports.
• Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable collection as needed.
• Inspect equipment and daily inbound/outbound trailer conditions.
• Coordinate with Traffic and Customer Service and support process improvements.
