Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations in a high-volume cold storage environment. You will plan and direct work for a designated area, manage inbound/outbound paperwork, and ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity across shifts.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing/logistics, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working in cold storage (-20 to -25 C). Flexibility for weekends and a supportive, learning-focused team awaits.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• WMS AS400 experience is a plus.
• Experience with material handling equipment and cold storage environments.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in low-temperature facilities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Handle inbound and outbound paperwork (processing orders).
• Coach and train team members.
• Process and coordinate shipping and receiving documents across several customers daily.
• Enter customer and supplier information and inventory management data accurately.
• Support pickup/delivery scheduling based on service requirements.
• Maintain, generate, and audit driver logs and transportation reports.
• Interface with internal customers and support initiatives.
• Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
• Report defective or damaged products and coordinate corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including forklift operation and loading/unloading.
• Handle daily inspections including equipment and trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service; provide feedback.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
