Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage in Georgia is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk for the 11:00pm - 7:30am shift. You will manage, count, and track inventory to ensure accurate records for receiving and shipping, supporting high-level customer service.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, reviewing adjustments, using the WMS, and reporting discrepancies to shift leadership. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6-12 months related experience.
• Ability to fluently use Microsoft applications.
• Lift at least 50 pounds and stay active in the warehouse environment.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent math skills.
• Good customer service skills such as listening and communicating with team members.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed based on business necessity.
• In case of absence: This position has redundancy through several employees and a cross training of Inventory.
• Ability to fill in within other operational roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records for efficient receipt and shipment of goods.
• Learn and use the WMS system and make accurate adjustments within the system.
• Stand, walk, and lift; operate in a warehouse environment.
• Communicate discrepancy trends to facility leadership.
• Ensure products and facility are in good order; clean up wrap, broken wood, trash, etc.
• Report broken pallets to shift leadership; perform other duties as assigned by manager.
