Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage in Rincon, GA is seeking a 2nd shift Inventory Clerk - Cold Storage to manage and count inventory, ensuring accurate records for the receipt and shipment of goods.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, reviewing adjustment reports, learning the WMS system for precise adjustments, and communicating discrepancy trends to leadership. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk, and work independently in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6-12 months related experience or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds in a warehouse environment.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Willing to work overtime as needed based on business needs.
• Cross-training to support other warehouse roles.

Responsibilities

• Stand, walk, and lift as part of daily duties.
• Work from heights on man-up lift.
• Work independently and reliably in a fast-paced environment.
• Comply with safety, OSHA, and food safety standards as per BRCGS.
• Perform cycle counts on an ongoing basis.
• Review inventory adjustment reports and determine causes.
• Verify adjustments for over, short, and damage issues.
• Learn and operate the WMS to make accurate adjustments.
• Report discrepancy trends to shift leadership and management.
