Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage in Rincon, GA is seeking a Cold Storage Inventory Clerk for the 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM shift. You will perform inventory control duties, conduct cycle counts, and review adjustments to ensure accurate records for efficient receipt and shipment of goods.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 6–12 months related experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and the capacity to work independently and overtime as needed while adhering to OSHA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6–12 months related experience.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with counting and records.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds in a warehouse setting.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer use.
• Good customer service skills and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts on an ongoing basis.
• Review inventory adjustment reports and corrections.
• Learn and operate the WMS system to post accurate adjustments.
• Identify and fix damaged products; report issues to leadership.
• Communicate discrepancy trends to facility leadership.
• Maintain orderly products and facility; support other duties as assigned.
