Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Queen Creek, AZ. The role supports daily warehouse operations, focusing on accurate order fulfillment, product handling, and inventory accuracy. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six months of general work experience.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks and hand pallet jacks.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• WMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, and prepare products for customer orders (case picking, kitting, lumping, assembly).
• Assist with e-commerce and VAS order processing per work instructions.
• Load and unload products to support daily operations.
• Perform visual quality checks for correct products and quantities; report damages or missing inventory.
• Maintain safety through proper PPE use and adherence to training; participate in inventories and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily productivity and service goals.
