Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring for a warehouse forklift operator in Queen Creek, AZ. You will safely operate forklifts to move orders, load and unload pallets, and ensure accurate picking and shipping. This role requires a reliable team player who can adapt to a 24/7 operation with some holidays.

Hours include rotating shifts with 7am–7pm coverage; pay range is $20.17–$21.03 per hour base pay. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, and PTO, reflecting CJ

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification a plus.
• A true team player who works toward common goals.
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders and keep customers happy.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking as directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, fix labels and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Perform other duties as required within training and capabilities.
