Job summary

REI Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Goodyear Distribution Center. The role supports merchandise handling, receiving, shipping, and order packaging across multiple DC areas, with potential to operate power equipment after training.

You’ll work Fri–Mon, 3:00pm–1:30am, and contribute to efficient, accurate product movement. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse or related experience, comfort with RF systems, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or related experience.
• Familiarity with computer systems and/or RF equipment.
• Ability to operate power equipment after training/certification.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Safety-conscious daily operations.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise picking and put-away, receiving, packing, and shipping.
• Support multiple areas of the Distribution Center as needed.
• Assist in preparation and assembly of bicycles and orders.
• Operate power equipment after training if applicable.
• Maintain safe and efficient work practices.
