REI Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support all Distribution Center areas, moving products accurately and efficiently to deliver orders to customers. After training, you may operate power equipment and work across multiple zones to meet daily volume demands.

This role emphasizes safety, attendance, teamwork, and reliable performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with opportunities to grow within a leading outdoor retailer.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with computer systems and RF equipment.
• Experience using power equipment to process freight.
• Reliable attendance.
• Mindful of safety in daily operations.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in multiple areas as trained.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 20–65 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Move product accurately through the warehouse and toward the customer doors.
• Assist in receiving, price marking, splitting, packing and shipping.
• Operate power equipment after training (where authorized).
• Support multiple areas based on business volume and team performance.
