REI Co-op in Goodyear, AZ is hiring for a warehouse associate to safely handle product and operate distribution center equipment. You will work in a team, navigate multiple departments as needed, and maintain accuracy and safety on 10-hour shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of warehouse equipment experience, RF handhelds, and the ability to work at heights up to 30+ ft. A proven safety record and the ability to lift 20–30 lb is required, with a commitment to meeting standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience using various warehouse equipment (forklift, order picker).
• Experience with RF handheld equipment.
• Comfortable and able to work with heights of 30+ ft.
• Proven safety record in operating warehouse equipment.
• Lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout 10-hour shifts.
• Able to work standing or walking for 10-hour shifts.
