Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. in Avon, OH is hiring a forklift operator to move merchandise and pallets safely throughout the club and assist with loading/unloading deliveries. You will help keep shelves stocked and support a positive member experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age with training and certification; previous forklift experience is preferred but not required, and all required training must be completed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age; forklift training and certification required.
• Prior forklift operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect forklift prior to use and follow safety standards.
• Load and unload merchandise and materials from delivery trucks.
• Transport merchandise and pallets within the club using pallet jack as needed.
• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and food items.
