Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse automation or related field preferred.
• 1+ year experience with warehouse automation including sortation conveyors and AS/RS is preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and improve all interfaces of the WMS.
• Coordinate maintenance events with automation vendor and WMS team.
• Lead automation training for users of hardware and software.
• Update SOPs to reflect new strategies and system updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving across shifts.
