Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Warehouse Automation Operator to set up, operate and maintain automated machines, robots and conveyors in the warehouse.

You will work 6pm-6:30am on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule, starting pay $21.25/hr with $1.50 shift differential; candidates need 2+ years robotics, 3–5 years warehouse experience, forklift and scissor lift certs, and a high school diploma. Benefits include health, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Technical degree/certification.
• At least 2 years of robotic programming and troubleshooting experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse (shipping, receiving, inventory control).
• Forklift certification (certifiable) and Scissor Lift certification (certifiable).
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and troubleshoot to resolve basic issues; perform minor repairs on automation equipment.
• Inspect equipment and report anomalies to supervisor/maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate periodic and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor robot operation, HMI readings and LGV activity for malfunctions.
• Ensure proper operation of robot, conveyors, palletizing and LGVs.
• Participate in warehouse and machine audits related to automation.
• Perform shipping/receiving and daily computer transactions; conduct pre-shift inspections.
• Maintain training and mentor team members.
• Follow Quality Control guidelines and re-work or correct products not meeting specs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
