Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a Warehouse Automation Operator to set up, run, and maintain automated systems in a fast-paced facility. Starting pay is $21.25 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential, with a 6pm–6:30am rotating schedule and weekend flexibility.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. You will monitor conveyors, robots, LGVs and HMI readouts, perform basic maintenance, and assist with shipping/receiving while upholding quality

Qualifications

At least 2 years of Robotic programming and troubleshooting experience.
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse operations.
Forklift certification (certifiable on forklift).
Scissor lift certification (certifiable on scissor lift).
Ability to use standard hand and machine shop tools.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on automated machines, robots and conveyors.
Inspect equipment, report anomalies and coordinate maintenance.
Monitor robot operation, LGVs, and HMI displays for correct readings.
Assist with shipping/receiving and daily computer transactions.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and mentor teammates.
