Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations team member in Illinois to receive, store, and ship products. You will receive and fulfill orders so customers have the products they need to care for their patients.

The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, cross-training across warehouse areas, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Training on equipment like forklift and order picker is provided.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; all training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to priorities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus
• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing for shipment
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control for a clean, safe environment
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck)
