Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. You will receive and fulfill orders, perform picking, packing, and preparation for shipment, and maintain clean, safe work conditions.

Cross-training across warehouse areas and potential training for material handling equipment are included. Previous warehouse experience is not required as training is provided on day one; the team values reliability, safety, and good communication to

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights of 20-30 ft regularly.
• Bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Follow directions and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English to read and write documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders.
• Accurately pick products, perform quality checks, pack and prepare for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
