Cardinal Health in Hudson, WI is seeking individuals for Warehouse Operations to receive, store, and ship products. You will accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

We offer training from day one, expect ability to lift 50 lbs, and potential certification on material handling equipment. Overtime may be required, with a shift typical of Sunday-Thursday evenings.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided on first day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights up to 20-30 ft.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English to process documents.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Be willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., cherry picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack).
