Job summary

Wilsonart LLC in Temple, TX seeks a Warehouse Associate to pull, inspect, pack, and band material for shipment, performing other duties as needed. Shifts run at night (N1). You’ll handle orders, cut laminates to fill needs, and ensure shipments meet customer specs with accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds.
• Basic reading and writing to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the pending order.
• Pulls material for the order, ensuring completeness.
• Cuts down oversized laminate to fill the pending orders.
• Inspects all material on the pending order to applicable standards.
• Obtains the cart, skid, crate or carton for the material shipment.
• Completes paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Packs and bands material for shipment to customer specifications.
• Prioritizes schedules to meet shipping deadlines.
• Drives lift truck and platform lift.
• Counts material in inventory.
• Participates in the Wilsonart Continuous Improvement Process.
