Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking warehouse associates for a Sunday–Thursday night shift in Hayward, CA. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour with a $0.50 night differential and an additional $0.03 per piece under certain productivity and accuracy conditions.

Schedule runs 4:00 PM–12:30 AM or until work is completed. This union-represented role offers health and welfare benefits through the Teamsters Health Care Trust and potential pension benefits under the Teamsters Pension Plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs; up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Work in cooler, freezer, and dry environments.
• Electric Pallet Jack and RF Scanner experience required.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound merchandise and locates pick locations.
• Restocks and prepares lines for order selection.
• Maintains inventory and adheres to safety and process policies.
• Transfers merchandise to proper locations and packs items for shipment.
• Pulls orders according to delivery route and verifies quantities.
• Performs end-of-shift tasks and keeps work area orderly.
