Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Hayward, CA to support shipping and receiving operations in a union-represented environment. The role requires standing for long periods, operating a Stand Up Reach forklift, and lifting up to 60–90 pounds across multi-temperature warehouse settings.

Shifts run Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Wages start at $20.00 per hour, with comprehensive union benefits through the Teamsters Trust.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Requires 6+ months of Stand Up Reach Forklift experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, pallet wrapping, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Maintains safe and clean work area; reports unsafe conditions.
• Conducts daily safety checks on forklift/pallet jack.
• Performs damage control checks on received items and communicates with supervisor as needed.
• Completes necessary paperwork and secures equipment as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
