Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift in Kansas City to support order fulfillment and inventory control.

You will follow established procedures to pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, with emphasis on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment. The role requires good communication, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work overtime or alternate days as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Basic proficiency in English for reading and writing documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (e.g., order picker, forklift).
• Support efficient flow of products from receipt to shipment for internal and external customers.
