Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Operations role in Kansas City. You will receive and fulfill orders, perform picking, packing, and shipping duties, and participate in cross-training across warehouse areas.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accuracy, with a 4-day, 10-hour schedule and opportunities to operate material handling equipment after training. High school diploma preferred; prior warehouse or POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with training provided.
• Comfortable with standing for long shifts and bending/reaching.
• Flexible to overtime and variable hours as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic proficiency in English to process documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders including picking, packing and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe work environment.
• Be trained to operate material handling equipment as required.
