Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a warehouse associate in Omaha to unload trucks, break down pallets, and organize products for storage. You will handle cases, boxes, and pallets, operate pallet jacks, and assist with sanitation and vehicle/ trailer upkeep.

You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in multi-temperature areas, and follow safety guidelines. This role supports Distribution and requires basic English communication and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, reading and interpreting order forms and labels.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills are required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trucks and breakdown pallets, and organize into warehouse racks.
• Move cases, boxes, bags, and pallets of groceries and related products as identified on orders.
• Assist with sanitation duties and general warehouse cleanliness.
• Fuel, wash, and/or clean semi-trucks/trailers as needed at the center.
• Check product for damage and verify quantities against PO and pallet labels.
• Select, assemble, palletize, shrink wrap, and label orders for customer shipments.
