Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a full-time warehouse associate in Omaha, NE. You will perform selections, stamp line work, packing, and loading trucks, with a shift from 5am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Candidate duties include maintaining safety and productivity standards, reporting issues, and rotating products as needed. Employees must be able to work in a dynamic warehouse environment and possibly overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, days and night hours, and overtime as necessary.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Complete selection orders: pick piece items per company standards.
• Lift products weighing between 30-60 lbs while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Work on a stamp line either stamping products or packing them.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by disposing of pallet boards, wood chips, and other trash and ensuring broken cases are cleaned up quickly per safety guidelines.
• Report damaged products and quality issues and notify supervisor of out-of-stock or low-volume products.
• Participate in rotation of products, move products to dock areas and perform other duties as assigned.
