Ryder System, Inc. in York, PA is hiring a Warehouse Associate on a temp-to-perm basis. The role offers weekly pay and an hourly rate of $18.50, with overtime at $27.75 and a $1.00 shift premium on 3rd shift. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00 pm–5:30 am with Fridays as needed.

You will operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts, perform picking, packing, shipping and receiving, and maintain safety as the top priority in a state-of-the-art facility. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse/PITruck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Adhere to safety standards and prioritize safety in all tasks.
