Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license/certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance guidelines and maintain accuracy in picking/packing and documentation.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Adhere to safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
