Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. The role involves forklift operation, loading, picking, packing, shipping and cycle counting in a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift certification, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment and maintain professional relationships.

Responsabilités

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance guidelines of the contract and maintain accuracy in picking/packing and paperwork.
• Provide technical support for the packing system during core production hours.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
