Quince is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Night Shift at our Carneys Point, NJ facility. The role pays $22.00 per hour, with days at $20.50 per hour and a night shift schedule.

Guaranteed hours and opportunities for overtime are offered as the team processes orders and manages inventory. You will receive comprehensive training from day one, with room to advance within a fast-growing, mission-driven company focused on sustainable retail.

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Open to overtime when available.
• Able to stand and walk for a full shift; lift up to 49 lbs and push carts up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise using computer systems.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Process returns and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with fellow associates and flag issues to management.
• Adapt to different assignments as needed.
