Job summary

Quince seeks a Warehouse Associate for night shifts at our Carneys Point, NJ facility. You’ll start at $22.00 per hour with scheduled raises after 90 and 180 days, plus ongoing opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing team.

You’ll receive paid training from day one, work with a collaborative team, and help ensure accurate receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory. Overtime is available and valued as part of your reliable schedule.

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Willing to work overtime when available.
• Able to stand and walk for a full shift; lift up to 49 lbs and push carts up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise using simple computer systems.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Process returns and keep inventory accurate.
• Team up with fellow associates and flag issues to your manager.
• Jump into different assignments as needed - variety keeps the shift moving
