Job summary

Quince is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the day shift at our Carney’s Point, NJ facility. You’ll receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise, pick and pack orders, and help keep inventory accurate while collaborating with teammates to keep the operation running smoothly.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with night differential and guaranteed raises after 90 and 180 days. We offer paid training, overtime opportunities, and room to grow as we scale.

Qualifications

• Willing to stand for a full shift and perform routine warehouse tasks.
• Able to lift up to 49 lbs and push carts up to 60 lbs.
• Open to overtime when available.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise using simple systems.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Process returns and maintain accurate inventory.
• Collaborate with teammates and flag issues to the manager.
• Adapt to different assignments to keep the shift moving.
