Cardinal Health is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the night shift at the Swedesboro, NJ facility. This full-time role involves picking, packing, receiving, and preparing orders for shipment using RF scanners and various material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, cross-training across areas, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates should have 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work the Sunday-Thursday night schedule

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Able to work in walk-in refrigerator 36°F–42°F for extended periods.
• 1–2 years distribution warehouse, retail, or fast-food experience preferred.
• Automated or RF warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts).
• Able to stand for long periods with bending/s stooping.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, packing, and loading for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Receive large boxes on dock and input product data into computer via RF scanner.
• Break down cases, palletize items, and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment as required and ensure safe, organized work area.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control in compliance with safety requirements.
