Job summary

Singer Equipment Company, one of the largest distributors of foodservice equipment and supplies in the country, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Night Shift Warehouse Worker to join our responsive, knowledgeable and friendly team.

We will train you as a certified forklift operator to fulfill next-day deliveries via truck, FedEx, UPS or Old Dominion. You must lift up to 50 lbs, pass a physical, and have reliable transport. Night shift 7pm–5am flexibility required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience required.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Specialized skill(s): Ability to read and verbally communicate in English.
• Certification(s): Equipment experience preferred.
• Night Shift (7pm-5:00am) should be available if needed for overtime.
• Should have reliable transportation to work.
• Pass physical examination and other clearances.

Responsibilities

• Will fulfill orders for outbound deliveries the next day (our truck, FedEx, UPS, or Old Dominion).
• Will be responsible for cleaning a designated aisle in the building, and keeping their designated forklift clean and operational.
