Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience required.
• Basic math skills required.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Specialized skill(s): Ability to read and verbally communicate in English.
• Certification(s): Equipment experience preferred.
• Night Shift (7pm-5:00am) availability for overtime.
• Should have reliable transportation to work.
• Pass physical examination and other clearances.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders for outbound deliveries for the next day via truck, FedEx, UPS, or Old Dominion.
• Will be trained as a certified forklift operator and operate forklift.
• Clean designated aisle and keep forklift clean and operational.
• Lift boxes up to 50 lbs as needed.

OVERVIEW

Singer Equipment Company, one of the largest distributors of foodservice equipment and supplies in the country, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Night Shift Warehouse Worker to join our responsive, knowledgeable and friendly team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Will be trained as a certified forklift operator

• Will fulfill orders for outbound deliveries the next day (our truck, FedEx, UPS, or Old Dominion)

• Will be responsible for cleaning a designated aisle in the building, and keeping their designated forklift clean and operational

• Will be required to lift boxes of a maximum of 50 lbs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience required

• Ability to perform basic math skills

• HS diploma or GED

• Specialized skill(s): Ability to read and verbally communicate in English

• Certification(s): Equipment experience preferred

• Night Shift (7pm-5:00am) should be available if needed for overtime
