Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Grove City, OH to support inbound and outbound activities. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will operate various warehouse equipment, work a 7:00pm–3:30am schedule (Sunday-Thursday), and may be required to work overtime to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• RF scanner and voice-picking experience preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (PIT) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, shipping.
• Picks large case items with equipment or small unit items on designated cart.
• Cross-trains in multiple warehouse areas and participates in projects.
• Utilize WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory control.
• Work with management to resolve issues and communicate concerns.
• Follow OSHA standards and company policies.
