Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Material Handler in Burnet, TX to join our client’s manufacturing and warehouse team. The role supports production and logistics, with Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm shifts and a pay rate of $14–$16 per hour.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, receiving shipments, preparing outbound loads, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and willingness to become forklift certified.
• Basic math skills and comfort with inventory tracking systems or RF scanners a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment following safety protocols.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and document discrepancies.
• Prepare outbound shipments by packaging, labeling, and loading trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.

Our client, a leading manufacturing and warehouse organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Material Handler to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate - Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
