Job summary

Charlie's Produce is seeking a warehouse associate to pick full case produce orders using a hands-free voice-pick headset and a riding pallet jack. Work shifts are 6pm onward, 8–10 hours, with Fridays and Sundays required and weekends off with an extra weekday off.

Qualifications

• Pick orders via headset using a voice pick system with accuracy.
• Organize orders on pallets with integrity to the product.
• Operate riding pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety quality standards and procedures.
• Work in a refrigerated environment (35–56 degrees).
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Work without direct supervision and prioritize tasks.
• Multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team in a friendly, productive warehouse.
• Pick full case produce orders onto pallets using the headset system.
• Wrap and stage orders for delivery while maintaining product integrity.
• Maintain safe warehouse practices and comply with food safety programs.
