Job summary

Charlie’s Produce is hiring a PM Order Selector to join our West Coast wholesale produce operation. You will pick daily customer orders, unload inbound loads, and ensure quality and substitutions when needed.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic math comprehension.
• Must be safety minded.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Place orders on pallets with care to maximize product protection and proper stacking.
• Stage completed pallets in loading area.
• Load trucks according to delivery schedule.
• Pick short sheets as assigned and complete paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
