Job summary

EXP Group is hiring reliable warehouse workers for the night shift in a fast-paced, refrigerated produce environment. You will pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for next-day delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, rotating stock per FIFO and safety standards, maintaining clean and organized workspaces, and scanning product movement. Prior warehouse or physical labor experience is preferred, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, production, or physical labor experience preferred — we'll train the right person.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in refrigerated conditions (34–40°F).
• Dependable attendance — the night crew counts on each other.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage produce orders for next-day delivery, accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Rotate product and follow FIFO and food safety standards at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Accurately scan and record all product movement.
