Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Manufacturing Technician III, Mechanic (Visual Inspection - Night Shift) in Blue Ash, Ohio. You will oversee nightly inspection line maintenance and support packaging operations on a rotating shift, ensuring compliant, efficient manufacturing processes.

You will operate and maintain visual inspection equipment, troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure proper batch documentation and CMMS entries.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or preventive maintenance in manufacturing.
• Progressive experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP documentation, deviation reporting, and data integrity principles.
• Ability to read schematics and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain visual inspection equipment.
• Perform startup, packaging, line clearances, and routine tasks.
• Handle light material handling equipment and monitor material quality.
