Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Management in Denver, PA. You will monitor entry points, assist visitors, and support the site team.

The role emphasizes customer service, incident response, routine patrols, and compliance with site policies. A high school diploma and background check are required; 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and a valid driver's license may apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and associates by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain access-related records.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access and unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with store personnel, delivery personnel, and visitors while supporting orderly operations at the location.
