Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and associates by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain access-related records.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access and unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with store personnel, delivery personnel, and visitors while supporting orderly operations at the location.

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Management in Denver, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a retail location, you will help create a welcoming environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access, and responding to security-related concerns. You will maintain a visible presence, support customer service, and communicate clearly with visitors and team members. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
  Proficiency in using computers or tablets is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications and performing data entry tasks.

• Customer Service Experience (B219):
  A background in customer service is preferred. Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
