Job summary

Innovetive PetCare is seeking an Overnight Weekend Veterinary Receptionist in Chattanooga, TN. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients and their pets with compassion, handling calls, and coordinating appointments in a fast-paced emergency hospital setting.

The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and ability to stay organized during busy nights Friday to Sunday 3:00 PM–3:00 AM, supporting veterinarians and technicians and maintaining accurate records and payments,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Ability to work weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets in a compassionate, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to questions, and provide veterinary customer service.
• Schedule and coordinate emergency appointments and patient visits.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and coordinate front desk with clinical team.
• Explain estimates and payment policies to clients.
• Support veterinary team during busy shifts.
