Ethos Discovery's AVECCC Gilbert location is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to support clients and pets in a busy 24-hour veterinary emergency center. The role includes receptionist duties, greeting clients, handling calls, and providing timely updates while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in client-facing roles or reception.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Display compassion and patience toward clients.
• Answer incoming calls from clients, veterinarians, and employees.
• Greet clients and pets upon arrival.
• Handle emergency situations efficiently and calmly.
• Present billing estimates and collect payments.
• Admit and discharge animal patients.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding pet status or wait time.
• Document phone conversations in the electronic system.
• Maintain patient records and complete paperwork.
