Job summary

Road & Rail Services, Inc. is hiring for a full-time Night Shift Vehicle Shuttle Driver in Houston, TX. You will transport new vehicles within the facility, following safety procedures and site rules. Training is provided; no CDL or prior automotive logistics experience is required. A valid license and at least three years of driving experience are needed.

The role keeps you active, outdoors, and part of a collaborative team focused on efficient vehicle movements and production support.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate passenger vehicles of different sizes safely.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Drive new vehicles between parking, staging, and processing areas.
• Park and position vehicles according to locations.
• Follow site traffic patterns, speed limits, and handling procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before movement and report issues.
• Maintain accurate vehicle locations and assist with inventory tracking.
• Work with team leads and other drivers to complete movements.
• Enter and exit vehicles repeatedly and follow safety procedures.
• Support other operational duties to meet production goals.
