Job summary

ACE Parking Management is seeking reliable valet staff for night shifts (10pm–6am), four days a week. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, collect fees, and maintain company records.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, teamwork, accountability, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior valet or customer service experience is a plus. Vacation/sick leave prorated; holiday pay based on hours worked.

• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and ensure keys are securely stored.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Effectively communicate parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Assist customers with questions or concerns in a calm and professional manner.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
