Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to provide courteous, secure valet services during late-night hours. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and park/retrieve vehicles while maintaining safety and a professional image.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Benefits include health coverage, 401K, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; maintain acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs; work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome: greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• The Details: document existing vehicle damage on claim tickets.
• Safety: safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety procedures.
• Stay Vigilant: monitor the parking area and respond to guest requests overnight.
• Keep it Clean: maintain a clean, professional valet station.
• Timekeeping: accurately record hours and gratuities per policy.
• Customer Service: provide outstanding service with professionalism.
• On Time: arrive punctually in full uniform and follow policies.
• Support: assist teammates to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Additional Duties: help with other tasks as needed.
