Clasen Quality Chocolate (CQC) in Watertown, WI is hiring full-time Utility Technicians (Production) to operate packaging equipment, mix ingredients, and maintain cleanliness in a GMP environment. Positions include favorable shift options and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Compensation ranges from $25.00/hr on DAYS to $28.00/hr on NIGHTS, with built-in overtime and opportunities for overtime or extra shifts. Benefits include health/dental/vision and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read recipes and operate packaging equipment.
• Able to stand, walk and lift 55 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience with GMP/HACCP and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients according to recipes and operate packaging equipment.
• Sanitize and clean production areas and equipment.
• Record production data and ensure FIFO/product rotation.
