Job summary

Clasen Quality Chocolate (CQC) in Milton, WI is seeking a Machine Operator / Junior Technician for our night shift. You will read recipes, mix ingredients, and monitor coating production in a GMP environment.

The role includes QA checks, material handling, and coordination with maintenance teams. The position offers a night schedule (4:55pm–5:25am), full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and a $2,000 sign-on after introductory period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of complex industrial experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience helpful but not required.
• Previous experience lifting 55 lbs preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, SOLOCHAIN, Navision, Plant Control Systems or Label Management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Read recipe and add ingredients to mixer or bulk tank using hand tools or PCS.
• Test product samples at various production stages and adjust ingredients as needed.
• Operate pre-refiner, refiners, and conches to achieve desired fineness.
• Operate packaging equipment and complete required paperwork.
• Move ingredients, load/unload trailers, and manage FEFO/product rotation.
