Clasen Quality Chocolate, Inc. is seeking a Utility Technician for our Watertown, WI plant. The role involves mixing ingredients, operating packaging equipment, and maintaining GMP/HACCP standards in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

This full-time position offers night and day shifts with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Evening/night schedule with built-in overtime and potential extra paid days is available.

Qualifications

• GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) adherence
• HACCP procedures
• Safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients according to recipes using mixer or bulk tank and PCS
• Sanitation: clean equipment and facility per procedures
• Operate packaging machinery and complete required paperwork
• Train and certify in the listed areas within designated timeframes
• Maintain material handling and cleanliness throughout shifts
• Assist with production orders and ingredient handling
