Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our aggregates operations in Texas. You will operate and maintain equipment, perform inspections, and help ensure safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills, with a comprehensive benefits package and starting pay at $21.00 per hour, DOE.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and maintain equipment and machinery.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to operate hand and power tools. Capability to work in various positions, including kneeling, crouching, and climbing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
